My account was permanently banned unfairly without any human review. I have provided all official top-up receipts, proof of account compromise (suspicious login notification), and requested a simple check of the login IP history. Unfortunately, Garena's support completely ignores official payment proofs and closes tickets automatically using bots. They refuse to offer any human verification or technical review for players who spent their money legitimately. Very poor customer service and zero protection for players' rights.

Their subsidiary in the Philippines so called "Shopee", an online shopping platform that also owned by this game company is sucks! Even words cannot explain on how horrible is this game company's subsidiary.
