I needed some repair parts to my Xiaomi Redmi note 8 pro and i ordered them from Garmade. Even though the package was well protected, there still was a item that got damage during a transport. I emailed Garmade with pictures from the damage on the item and they agreed straight a way to sent me a new part which arrived later. Now i finally got my phone fixed and also that original charging port which cost extra compared to cheaper ones, was 100 % same as original one. Customer service was good and all the parts worked well in my phone. I'm happy and would order again!

Excellent prices, wide selection of goods and good communication. Tracking of the goods very good too, only 'downside' is that delivery takes a little while, but OK if you can wait for a few weeks (hence one star less) but the very low prices compensate

I've bought a laptop stand (I am actually using it for my projector, hope its no crime :) ).
The base of the stand was slightly damaged, and it was no harm for the stand's fucntionality.
I've sent them a photo of the damaged part and in a week they've sent me a brand new base part (no additional fees or smth like that).
Support (via email) was nice and helpful.

Bought a battery replacement for my phone a Xiaomi Mi 6, model BM39 and just after 4 months the battery started expanding.
Up on arrival the battery was thinner than the original battery, no big deal, but has expanded so much since then that broke the adhesive holding the back cover.
Got contacted by the support and they offered a full refund.

When the product first arrived, we found the there was a warehouse pick mistake. I wrote to vendor, and got a positiv reply, whey would send the correct product. We had no finans extra cost, and a wery frindly corspondance, during the proces. I was suprised of the good and smoot service. Whie I was a bit sceptical at first to order my tablet cover from Garmade, a company I never knew existed, and with so many scammers out there, I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience.
