When you contacted us, we promptly provided a return label so the defective item could be sent back to LiftMaster for warranty processing. Per LiftMaster's warranty policy, replacement units typically take 4 - 5 weeks to be processed and shipped back to the customer. Please know that your replacement will be sent out as soon as the manufacturer completes the warranty process, and we apologize for the delay.
