Hi Ratina, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Memowrite is a subscription-based service. If a book has not yet been submitted for print by the end of the subscription period, the subscription renews automatically so customers can continue working on their memoir without losing their progress. Once a book is submitted for print, the subscription is automatically canceled, as no additional subscription time is needed. We're sorry to hear you've had difficulty reaching our support team. If you haven't yet received a response, please check your spam or junk folder, as our emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you contact us again at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account or your order details, we'll be happy to review your case and assist you further.
