Good guide to help think thru what you want. Hated that every decision was another cost. Felt like I was being taken as I didn’t know when it would stop.
All the add ones were a bit much but so far so good. Can't beat to get started.

I could not complete my order for 2 extra books. I used the same credit card I’d used for the original order, but it would not go through. I hope when I go to order more books later, you will honor the price you offered me today: 2 extra books for $68.00. Please let me know.

This is just a company that is scamming the elderly out of money for a book they can't even finish to get a product. And then adding a subscription that they can't figure out how to cancel because customer service does not respond to emails. This place is a rip off that steals hundreds of dollars from people numerous times a day.
Hi Ratina, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Memowrite is a subscription-based service. If a book has not yet been submitted for print by the end of the subscription period, the subscription renews automatically so customers can continue working on their memoir without losing their progress. Once a book is submitted for print, the subscription is automatically canceled, as no additional subscription time is needed. We're sorry to hear you've had difficulty reaching our support team. If you haven't yet received a response, please check your spam or junk folder, as our emails can sometimes be filtered there. If you contact us again at [email protected] with the email address associated with your account or your order details, we'll be happy to review your case and assist you further. Best regards, Memowrite Team

This concept sounds like a good idea so I thought I'd try it. I've written several books already but not a personal memoir of my own life - I thought this might trigger some ideas.
