Love the idea of the book but too many add ons to the cost of the price of the book. Feel like some of those should come in the basic price. Hope as i continue the process of the book I will come to love it more.

Memowrite is a ripoff company! I paid $75 to use there service and that's it! 6 months later im charged $146 dollars on PayPal for a subscription I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR! They offer no help to stop subscription! Or return my money going to BBB

The Company has made me think deeply into a Childhood Emotionally Damaged Child. A victim of Child Abuse. It reminded me that living life with an abusive Father is not a lifetime sentence. You can break away and build your own name. So many Years of bad health, years of an abusive Father and a Mother that didn’t know how to escape. She finally broke free only to have Cancer stick its ugly head back out. The abused turned into a Caretaker for the Mother. The Caretaker turns into a Cancer Survivor herself. The Abuser and Mother divorced which led to the freedom of the Mother.

We purchased Memowrite as a Mother's Day gift. When the subscription unexpectedly renewed for $178, we canceled it immediately after the charge posted. The renewed subscription was never used. We contacted support immediately requesting a refund and spent days trying to resolve it. Every response was either AI-generated or repeated the exact same policy without addressing our situation. We also called the support number listed on their website and were routed to AI instead of a person. Rather than exercising any discretion for an immediately canceled, unused renewal, Memowrite chose to keep the full $178 while offering a "free extension" to a service we had already canceled. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of AI writing tools on the market with transparent billing and accessible customer support. I would strongly encourage anyone thinking of using Memowrite to look at alternatives before providing this company with their payment information.

You can write about your life and it doesn’t matter how long or short the chapters are. I like it because you can write about pretty much anything.
