I always receive a response in a timely matter. I am having an issue in my writing that whenever I use an apostrophe, it kicks me to the bottom of the page which makes it difficult to go back to find my spot.

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate with well-designed questions to guide the process. The 4-star rating is for the annoying way it keeps making offers after you agree to the purchase. A more honest approach, in my opinion, would be to present all the options and their prices, with the offers.

I’m 71 and I got confused a little bit plus you are expensive. I have already paid for this book a few months back I never got to fill the book out. I kept trying to go back to do it, but you guys kept wanting to charge me all over again so now I’m here having to pay more money to get this done.

I haven't actually started writing yet. I thought you were asking about my experience of signing up for the opportunity to sign up to at least write as much as I can in 3 months. I'm looking forward to this. I've had many family and friends tell me I should write a book, given all the things that have happened in my life. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to start this.

I didn't expect all the add-ons, but I found myself ordering each one.
I thought I had selected a 6-month period but it showed up as a 3-month one so I'll try to get it finished in that time frame.
I'm not sure whether I want pictures colorized if the originals are in black & white. Can I communicate that later in the process?

Too many offers after already paying. The additional offers should be shown together. Plus the digital copy should be part of the original purchase. It’s already digital before it’s even printed. Maybe offering different packages. I don’t mind à la carte but I would prefer to see all prior to making my decision

I woke up this morning excited to get back to my Memowrite Memoir! I was so disappointed that my subscription had expired. I just happened to see the Chat bot in the corner of the website. I really didn't think anyone would be available on a Saturday morning! But I was so surprised when Ali Mubashir responded. He was so patient with me as I made a mess with my order to resubscribe! He made the experience so smooth and took away all my anxiety! I used to run a customer support team and I would have LOVED to have had Ali working side by side with my support teams!
