I had a question with a glass I bought. Since it wasn't exactly what I thought it was they gave me a 25% discount and I kept the glass. Then they offered me a 10% discount in my next order! This company stands behind their products and aims to make their customers happy! Will definitely buy from them again!

If I could give a negative number it would be the lowest number ever. The Whiskey Glass that I bought for my husband with his favorite team does not look like what is on the website. When I finally got it which was Dec.22 2025, after waiting for 2 months I cried all night long. This was not what I ordered the glass has stick ons which a 9yr old could do. Faded and horrible looking. I am so disgusted with this company I wished their was a way I could get my money back. Horrible products please stay away from ordering from this company they are based out of Korea if I read the package correctly. But it was the lies saying these are hand painted no there not their stickers. Stay away from this company.

The item I wanted to purchase from this company was too popular to be delivered in time for the holidays. However, they responded to all my email messages to them promptly, kept me aware of the status and issued my refund as soon as I explained I could not wait any longer. I appreciate their cooperation and only wish we could have received the item. Thanks for excellent customer service.
I had concerns about my order when it arrived. I sent an email to Giftsur not really expecting to hear back from them. To my surprise, I received an email back from Charlotte with different options for me. I feel a company is only as good as their customer service and Giftsur has proven to me to be a trustworthy company.
Needed to cancel an order because it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. Customer service was very responsive and offered multiple options to resolve the issue.
I ordered 2 whiskey glasses on November 20 but did not receive any confirmation email. I sent an email through their website on December 6 asking for an update. I sent screenshots of the transaction that came out of my bank account and what I ordered. The glasses arrived a day after I needed the gifts. These whiskey glasses are very disappointing. The quality is poor. I will never order from this site again. I could’ve ordered this through Amazon and received it faster and probably much cheaper.

Placed order on 11/23/2025, contacted customer service on 12/04/2025 regarding status of order because I had received no updates. I was advised that the order had not shipped yet this company gave me excuse as to why order was not shipped. I asked 3+ times for my order to be cancelled and for a refund and each time a different representive responded with only offering 20% discount, and requesting that I give the representative a 5 star review before they would process a refund because cancelling and processing a refund would affect and hurt their personal rating. Gave very scamish vibes and I do NOT recommend ordering from this site.
