Wow oh wow! I had myself and 3 others buy from them. Each one there was no product delivered and customer service when available offered refund I never got. I could bet everything these positive reviews are fake, created from Google hacks to look more real. FB should really stop their "profits over ocustomer financial fraud protection of high priority". Its ridiculous that 90% of fb ads are like infomercials on fake, over inflated, illegal or AI created scams. What a shame to the companies who run on integrity, honesty and customer service prioritization around the quality of product too. Do not order. There policy info says that basically that anything even if there side is wrong with transaction completion of receiving order......They are not held liable. U sign to be literally ripped off with no repercussions for them.
Very disappointed. Bought a whisky glass-nothing was etched-sticker only. Cheap glass very thin for a whisky glass. Waited about 2 months to receive.

I would not give any stars for this fake company. Facebook should not advertise these scams and it was not appreciated that I ordered in good faith for a scam company. Same experience as others. Ordered an advent calendar as a gift expecting it to ship per the website. A few weeks go by, nothing. Can’t track because it requires a username and password, which I never had the opportunity to create. Email address in order bounces back. Find another email, they tell me the item is out of stock and will take 7-12 to restock, then after it ships it will be another 10-18 days to receive. I told the that would not work and to cancel my order. They ask me to exchange for something else or in the alternative they will give me a TEN PERCENT refund, which is laughable. Had to initiate chargeback with my credit card
Ordered Green Bay Packers ice molds on 9/20. Over 3 weeks later, they haven't arrived and no tracking information provided. Email associated with the order bounced back as not existing. giftsur.com is blocked as being unsafe. No way to contact the company. Have to contact credit card company and dispute the charge. This appears to be a scam company.
I ordered a calendar (which I later learned was fake copied from another website) and they sent fake tracking information which showed the package going from China, then crisscrossing the US multiple times before being “delivered” a month and a half later. It was never delivered. The company “proved” it was delivered by sharing tracking information from a shipper I’ve never heard of. SCAM.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a calendar from them. They shipped an entirely different product. When I asked for the correct order, they said they’d run out and sent what they thought I might like (?!?!). Not only were they way off base, they basically refused a refund because of shipping cost, and suggested I resell the item. Just don’t do it.

I'd leave 0 stars.....they are thieves and liars! Said it will cost me $25 to return their junk as has to be returned to China, yet their return policy on their website states otherwise. Told me they'd give me a 30% discount to keep the junk.....no discount given....why do they have less than 3*

I ordered two calendars on November 27. This is now December 30 (almost 12/31) and I still didn’t receive my order. It appears through the tracking link that they didn’t enter my shipping information correctly (no house #) so it wasn’t delivered; I watched its journey on the tracking app arrive in my city and start its return to China. I contacted the company and even though I told them I needed it for Christmas they said it would still “commemorate“ the occasion or something ridiculous to that effect if I didn’t receive it by Christmas. I’ve asked for a refund several times. They keep telling me that they’re still going to make sure I receive it anyway and asked me for my correct address, which by the way they should already have through the original order and my initial email to them when I communicated their mistake. They also offered me two “solutions“ one of which was me waiting for the package or them sending another package. Neither of which was a refund. I keep telling them that I do not want the calendars anymore because I had to replace that gift with another. We’re just going around and around in circles with me asking for a refund and them asking me how they can send it to me and promising to find a solution while continuing to be a problem. They also also keep telling me the local post office has the package and that I just need to go pick it up but I can see on the tracking link that at one point it was at my local post office but was returned and it’s on its way back to China. I didn’t have a chance to try to intervene before it was returned. By the way, I already went to the post office when I thought I might be able to give the staff a heads up thinking maybe I could still receive the package. That was unsuccessful. And now I’m told to go back even though I can see that it’s left New York (not my state) en route back to the distribution center in China. This whole thing is actually maddening.

SCAMMER! I thought I was ordering several items from an artist. It turned out Giftsur was just advertising the artist's works fraudulently. They did not respond to my request for shipping info until I threatened to cancel my order. Then they sent me a tracking order that said their business was "Unknown" and "Not Found" The artist said, "... most of the scams come from a company called Giftur. AVOID GIFTSUR
