2 of 4 vacuum wraps of the filament…

2 out of 4 vacuum wraps for the filament rolls were damaged on arrival. Not sure if this happened during production or shipping. Nontheless, I am quite disappointed about that since it's hydrophilic and affects the print properties.

Nice, I ordered a Sunlun Filadryer S1, the power supply has a default, the support team has helped me and replace it quickly, thank you!

Fast delivery, great quality

I purchased two rolls of PLA Plus and two dryboxes. Delivery was fast, prices very cheap. PLA Plus was easy to print with great results. Filament was realy tanglefree as advertised. I definitely will buy again from Gohigh3d.

the package doesn't guarantee a good…

the package doesn't guarantee a good protection of spools. One of the spool protection was torn ! so now I can't keep it for a long time (humidity)

Dear roar, sincerely apologies for the inconvenience. We will update the packaging issues carefully. If only the box bu not vacuum packaging torn, it won't affect storage. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Great customer service

Great customer service, I had an issue with Royal Mail but they kept me constantly up to date. Cannot recommend their customer service enough.
