Ordered something on AliExpress. Tracking info said it was delivered, on a day that my wife and I were home, with our two dogs that bark their heads off at anyone that comes near the house. Nothing was delivered. AliExpress said I had to contact U-Del to get official documents to prove my package wasn't delivered. WTAF? Of course they never answered.
I read the bad reviews and didn't have much hope. Parcel delivered the day after they received it by a very friendly courier. I didn't even have time to check the tracking. Just letting people know it's not all bad. Australia btw
U Del is scam and unprofessional. System shows signed and delivered. But I didnt see any delivery person come today. I bought stocking from Taobao.com.
BEWARE OF THIS SELLER - EllenDaniallo! They made me think I was buying the mirror (my mistake) but they only sent me the ornament on top of the mirror. THIS PRACTICE IS DESPICABLE! They say that it is discontinued so that the reviews will not show up anywhere on a product page. It's just deceptive because it used UDEL.com for shipping, making me think the second part was on the way, but when you call them to find out where it is, the line hangs up after 5 rings.
Never received my packages I ordered over 3 months ago and I haven’t received my order from Temu. I did receive other packages but they got broken by this company the boxes were falling apart. I would never recommend this company worst company ever
Just confirming the same terrible experience as every one else. I have been waiting 3 months for an item from Temu. It says it was going to be delivered in 24-48 hours...4 days ago... I have no issues with Temu. I order from there very frequently. However this UDEL 'company' seems like an absolute scam. I can't find a single piece of positive information to suggest that it isn't. I would suggest requesting an immediate refund if a company is using them. As others have said, I hope that they are shut down. Absolutely atrocious.
Like other customers, I too have not received my parcel. I have sent numerous emails trying to see if i can get an update but all i get is the sound of crickets .... definitely scammers. I am looking at sending a complaint to Consumer Affairs and also ASIC. This company would really need to be investigated.
Hahahaha.....it's comical how BAD this crappy company can be..I've never had the pleasure of dealing with with a courier company so bad ..order - 4 Nov - still undelivered....hahaha....No contact for company ..I think they need to be discussed with fairtrade...How easy do we make it in Aust for OS companies setting up without proper contact or cust service..need to be reported to ASIC....
If I could give less than one star - I would. Almost the same as everyone else - my package arrived in Australia almost two months ago and made it to the sorting centre. Miraculously, it disappeared between the sorting centre and the destination sorting centre. I've emailed them and they met my expectations by not replying. Temu, use a different service! U Del, fix your issues!
What a joke. I bought Xmas gifts from TEMU on the 8 Nov 2024 and still haven't received them. The UDEL sorting center has had them for 2 months now and they can't even give me an update. So disappointing. These guys have to be scamming people.
Ordered in November as Christmas present. According to tracking it came by sea and reached the Melbourne sorting centre on Christmas Day. Nothing since and if you try to click on the tracking link it says “slow connection try again”. I can find no way to track with the tracking number or to contact them. Paid over $100, got under $87 refund from Temu, who kindly said I could keep it if it arrives but I am not hopeful.
They left a damaged item in front of my house which took 3 months to come. Broken glass everywhere and they still left it! Will sue if it causes damage to any of us. You better pick it back up and clean the glass.
It's obvious by all these reviews that Udel are a company of thieves. We should all, as a group, instigate an investigation into their criminal activity through the Australian Ombudsman. They need to be stopped, otherwise... the bad guys win.
So this is the first company I've seen with no good ratings at all. Everyone shares the same story. I've waited for months for my order which is 'at the sorting centre' and no delivery. Thankfully Temu fully refunded my order but DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a sun lounge from Temu in October. It's over 3 months and nothing has arrived. Is Udel even a company? The package has supposedly being transported to the destination sorting centre in Sydney since December 3. Now Temu is saying the package was undeliverable on Jan 6 and questioning my correct address - rubbish! No contact or update from U Del. Many other people share exactly the same story. Don't use - it's a scam and Temu is going to lose a lot of customers if they don't find a new delivery company soon.
They have had my package for over a month now too. Said they are busy lol. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
If there is zero or negative rating available, that will be the one. Totally useless service. No contact and bloody Temu refuse to give contact details. 3 items ordered, shipped separately by Temu and all are supposed to be lost. Waited for 2 months. Both Udel and Temu are useless and never never again.
Useless company, never again. Ordered a Christmas tree via Temu back in October, didn't arrive before Christmas as promised. Was promised 5 Dec, still waiting and stuck at limbo somewhere now being 9th Jan.
Clearly UDEL are a disaster. I ordered a Tent as a Christmas present in October which was sent by sea. UDEL received the parcel on 1st November, and it is allegedly in their sorting depot. Despite numerous emails they insist on saying the delay is due to volume of freight I have informed the supplier Temu who have put pressure on them but sadly no positive responsa. I have suggested to Temu the goods have been stolen (possibly an in-house thief) .Temu who I have found to be totally reliable are looking to cut this mob from their business.
