I ordered a sun lounge from Temu in October. It's over 3 months and nothing has arrived. Is Udel even a company? The package has supposedly being transported to the destination sorting centre in Sydney since December 3. Now Temu is saying the package was undeliverable on Jan 6 and questioning my correct address - rubbish! No contact or update from U Del. Many other people share exactly the same story. Don't use - it's a scam and Temu is going to lose a lot of customers if they don't find a new delivery company soon.
