Clearly UDEL are a disaster
Clearly UDEL are a disaster. I ordered a Tent as a Christmas present in October which was sent by sea. UDEL received the parcel on 1st November, and it is allegedly in their sorting depot. Despite numerous emails they insist on saying the delay is due to volume of freight I have informed the supplier Temu who have put pressure on them but sadly no positive responsa. I have suggested to Temu the goods have been stolen (possibly an in-house thief) .Temu who I have found to be totally reliable are looking to cut this mob from their business.
