Reached sorting centre Christmas Day, still not arrived.
Ordered in November as Christmas present. According to tracking it came by sea and reached the Melbourne sorting centre on Christmas Day. Nothing since and if you try to click on the tracking link it says “slow connection try again”. I can find no way to track with the tracking number or to contact them. Paid over $100, got under $87 refund from Temu, who kindly said I could keep it if it arrives but I am not hopeful.
