As a sceptic who started this journey, I've not only completed my first property purchase, but have received two month's worth of rental income! As best as I could, I checked his claims and background. He also wasn't promoting your typical get-rich-fast scheme. The properties were in your own name, no collective fund structure, or, inter alia, being on-sold by him/associates to us. He was teaching us on how to independently do it ourselves.
Daniel's programme is not cheap, incredibly structured and is largely based on his own actual multi-year lessons/experiences. Do note that the communication may not be always clear or immediate, but the guidance provided is sincere. He and his dedicated team - are the real deal and as far as I can tell - no hankypanky-side stuff. As a non-UK resident, they have guided me in assessing, buying, refurbishing and managing a UK property from afar. For that, I am eternally grateful to the wonderful Golden Goose team.

Embarking on this property ownership journey with Golden Goose Property was filled with intrigue and excitement and it eventually culminated in joy when I successfully purchased my first property in the UK by following the steps. Throughout the journey, I was well-supported by Daniel’s team comprising both the local team as well as the team based at the site. Hiccups were promptly resolved and advice was dispensed readily. Just a month after refurb was completed, I got word from the letting agent that a tenant would be ready to move in! All in, it took about 4 months or so, but it was worth the wait. I know it sounds marvellous, but it really is. Be prepared to do your own homework as well. You will need to be patient with filling out the forms, verification requests for identify and funds and other knick knacks etc, but all these are just minor things to overcome when you have a view of the big picture. Personally, I wish I knew about this sooner. Now I’m looking out for the next golden goose property to purchase :) Cheers!
