Having explored various investment options, the Golden Goose Property Investment model is one that is simple, structured, and one that works with well managed risks. Beyond the mathematical feasibility, the programme educates us to understand the UK context, the local property market behaviour, and the locals’ renting and purchasing trends. These enable the development of sound holistic investment strategy. We’ve done a few investment projects using the Golden Goose Property investment methodology, and they are generating positive cashflow for our family. This is our small step towards enabling a sustainable financial provision for our family, and leave a legacy for our next generation. This will be a long term journey for our family.
