There has been so much rain in Thailand over the last few weeks it has been very challenging to keep up-to-date with the courses conditions and we rely on the courses to advise us and then we put a warning on our website.

The 2 courses are in good condition. Well maintained. Our only gross is that there was no rain check allowed. We had to cancel our 2nd day game due to the heavy rains and lightning. Strange to know that the club allowed people to play even in that condition but at your own risk. In S'pore, no way will any course allow anyone to play in thunderstorm conditions. we take safety seriously.

However Trustpilot should really be used to review the service provided by Golfsavers and not a review of the course.

Driver pick us up on time at the Nagaworld Hotel. Golf experience is way below expectation for the money, No club house (was informed by caddie Club house construction was abandoned long ago). Starter & temporary 'club house' is just a (20footer container). shower located some 200-300m away in some bungalow house. course condition is bad. Nonetheless, kudos to the driver even English was not well spoken, office response when call & communication with Driver need improvement. thank you.

Hi DAvid, happy to provide a review. I have reviewed all of the courses we played at after each round. Firstly this is the third or fourth time I have utilized Golfsavers to facilitate my Golf games in Phuket each time has been without incident. The service, follow up and people have all been great. This is the first time I have brought a group of friends with me and the team at Golfsavers made us all feel appreciated. The only point I would raise (and it’s not a slight ton your team) is it would have been appreciated to be advised the greens at one of our courses had been cored. Otherwise, extremely happy and will be using the service again in April 2023.
Golfsavers is certainly a dependable booking platform. In Phuket at least, Golfsavers gives a better price than the course website. However, Golfsavers charges a booking fee whereas its competitor does not.

I used it in Thailand.
That's more a way of booking online than saving money.
It costs nearly the same than paying directly at golfs, but it's easy to book.
Could be better if it offered better discounts.
You indicating the green fee and other services price but in the total pricing it is not mentioned Golf Savers handling fee. That only comes visible one paying ! Should be transparent !
Booking was easy because the person at Golf savers spoke very good english (a bonus in Thailand). Shuttles were on time, everytime. Didnt have time to check on prices but seemed OK.
The communication with Golfsavers was easy and prompt. I got answers to my questions latest the following day. All bookings were noted. The prices were NOT always the lowest ones, but OK.
You can expect perfect organization.
Reserved tee time, very nice drivers who are on the spot for the outward journey and later on for the return journey - threy are very flexible.
Price / performance is right.
We would use Golfsaver again and again.
They are very solution-oriented and help wherever possible.

Unfortunately, the customer is not anymore king.
The Thai smile was often lost. Too bad.
The prices always move upwards / the customer friendliness downwards - too bad.
Golf course is top notch. Had a good experience although to find the course caused a bit of issue. It would be better if the package includes the transfer.
Accurate and smooth arrangement according to the itinerary. No pressure from staff in term of timing, felt very relax and easy. Golf rate was also reasonable or cheaper as compared with the walk in rate. Good agent to engage.
I give 2 stars just because my booking was effective a golf. However, I pay 793 THB extra to golfsavers, as the rate for walk in was 1300, vs 2000 + 93 requested by golfsavers. It was my first and last experience with golfsavers

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you ended up paying more than they were offering at the course. I spoke with the course and evidently they were offering a special promotion in December to celebrate their centenary but the rate was not available for bookings via agents and our NET rate is 300 baht higher to which we added a 350 baht profit. This direct deal has now been discontinued
I hope that you understand that there was no deliberate attempt to mislead you or profiteer as we had no idea that they were offering this deal and undermining their supporting agents

Overall, Golfsavers has done a good job organizing tee times and transport. Courses in Bangkok were great (Summit, Thana and Muang Kauw).
Hotel selection can improve. More options at 4 and 5 star would be good (only one option at 4 star made available). Stayed at Grand Swiss under a package and it was only average in terms of quality. In absence of better selection, it might be better just to book tee times with Golfsavers and book accommodation separately.
