In the end worked ok

In the end worked ok. But it was somewhat annoying to find out that prices which came up in search were not available in practise. Explanation was weekend rate, but when you search for a weekend date, that is what should be the result in the first place, right?

Thank you for your review and comments and I apologize for the confusion. Our system is setup so that on the region page it displays the lowest green fee that is available and compares that green fee to the full rate to calculate the discount. When you click through it displays the green fee for each day and for each product. Offering prices "from" is pretty standard practice and all of our prices are available but they may be day or time restricted. You quoted a price for three days of…

You quoted a price for three days of golf however it was not inclusive of Caddy fees and golf carts !!! This was exceptionally misleading all other companies have inclusive prices

Hi Bob, Thanks for your review and comments and I apologize for the confusion over pricing but I would like to point out that at every stage of the booking process : shopping cart - booking confirmation - client portal - voucher it says that caddies and carts are payable at the courses. There are a number of reasons we do this: 1. At some courses carts are not compulsory so we allow our clients to chose 2. Its cheaper for clients to pay direct - if you prepay then we have to charge the credit card merchant fee on top of the caddie & cart fees. 3. Some courses insist that caddie fees are paid in cash. Its also not quite correct that we are the only company that prices this way as many of our competitors feature "green fee only" pricing. I hope that all everything else went according to plan and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future should you choose to book with us again. Helpful but limited courses and information

I do appreciate having discounted options available when looking to play a round of golf while on vacation. The things that would have been more helpful would be in knowing the prices for add-ons, renting clubs in particular. Also, the time from being offered a tee time until time needed to pay was too short, I missed the first day I requested because I didn't see the notice to pay until after the deadline, and had to change my vacation schedule.

Lost Booking

Initially, we were very happy with our Booking. Firstly, the process was quite straight forward, the Website was easy to navigate and our Driver was on time to pick us up. Unfortunately, on arrival at the Course, the Club had no knowledge of our Booking and wanted us to pay for for Green Fees again. Eventually, we were able to convince them ( by showing them the Confirmation Email ) of our booking and our Caddies swapped the Buggies for Carts, and we were on our way. It may have been the fault of the Golf Club that the booking was missed, but maybe the inconvenience could have been avoided had their been better communication between them and GS.

Hi Ken, I am really sorry for the mix-up over the check-in at the golf course. We have spoken to the golf course and they have explained that the day before you played was a Public Holiday and their accountant was on holiday so that when you checked in early on the following day it took them some time to verify that we had made payment . My caddy had absolutely no English

My caddy had absolutely no English. This made club selection and line more difficult. Probably your booking form should have some options for caddy selection

Dear Derek, I am sorry to hear that you had problems with your caddy. Unfortunately it is not practical for us to maintain a register of English-speaking caddies when we sell more than 400 golf courses. Also, many courses do not allow non-members to book caddies and they have to be allocated on a roster. However if you book with us again we will endeavor to make sure that you get a caddy who is proficient in English. Best regards, David

Golfsavers is doing a great job

Golfsavers is doing a great job. In our golf package, 7D/6N with 5 games, the arrangements on hotels, transportation and golf games were remarkable. Pickups were prompt and golf courses were great. And, service provided by Golfsavers and transportation staff were excellent.

Excellent service and no hidden cost

It is my first time using online booking for travelling and golf arrangement, I may not give full 5 star to Golfsavers as nothing to compare with. But I found Golfsavers has done excellent job and easy to use form planning your time and budget and executed your golf holiday. It was clean, easy, smooth and so far no fault or hidden cost. It spell out the budget as what golfsavers offers you from the quotation. You can adjust your travel as to your liking and budget, prompt reply from the customer service make it more friendly and easy. As for now, i will continue to use Golfsavers services.
