I received the product but didn't quite like it, so I requested a return and refund. However, the processing speed was quite slow, taking several days without resolution. Additionally, the customer service responses were not prompt, and the communication process felt complicated. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the entire experience felt a bit troublesome.
I purchased a headless knight Halloween decoration, and the design is indeed very creative with a strong spooky vibe—perfect for Halloween decor. However, the material feels a bit rough, and the resin looks slightly cheap up close. It lacks the high-quality finish I was expecting and works best as a decoration viewed from a distance.
The elephant figurine I received is really disappointing. The craftsmanship is rough, and some areas even have paint peeling off. It doesn’t look new at all. The difference from the pictures is too big, and it’s definitely not worth the price. It feels like it was just carelessly thrown together. I wouldn’t recommend buying it!
The shipping is ridiculously slow, and several days have passed with no updates. I sent messages asking about it, but no one bothered to reply. I followed up a few times, but it’s like shouting into a void—no response at all.
The shipping speed this time was really disappointing. after placing the order, i waited for several days without any updates and had to prompt them a few times before they finally shipped it.
