Complicated Return and Refund Process
I received the product but didn't quite like it, so I requested a return and refund. However, the processing speed was quite slow, taking several days without resolution. Additionally, the customer service responses were not prompt, and the communication process felt complicated. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the entire experience felt a bit troublesome.
