This company sells third-party through MINOSU and when I purchased one of their products through said company, it was missing bricks. I reached out to inform them and get a replacement and they told me since I did not purchase Direct they were not inclined to help me. I do not recommend buying from this brand very unusual. I do not recommend buying from this brand as they sell defected and missing products and they will not support their product brand.
I love shopping with TopToy. I am glad that finally they ship to my country, so I am able to purchase as soon as a series is released. The customer service is excellent, they reply to my concerns quickly and my issues are resolved. I am also happy with the discounts and the freebie promos. I am satisfied with the tracking updates and the quality of the products I receive. My favorite IP is Nommi. I hope that one day TopToy opens in the Philippines.
this store is terrible.
i worked for this company for 2 months and i was consistently yelled at, talked down to, and treated like garbage.
steven rochester, the district manager, was the worst person to work for. his disrespectful and sarcastic tones were so terrible and i became so anxious when he showed up that i would cry and throw up. he was like an abusive father you never knew what mood he was in and it was terrifying to deal with.
we were told the store hours of 9 to midnight were temporary for a month or two but they told us that we actually had to consistently deal with them no matter our safety concerns.
speaking of safety concerns !!! one of the employees was touched inappropriately by a customer and it was brushed off by steven and hr, many employees were yelled at by a homeless woman saying vulgar things like we would die and need to be raped but that was brushed off, i personally had to deal with physical fights in the store and 2 separate occasions of people being arrested which was brushed off, and there was a woman with a knife covered in blood in the store (also brushed off). according to other employees, all of these concerns and more were brushed off until mid august when they decided to finally hire security.
this company decided to change hours not for their store but for their employees to meet withering demand and refuses to look at what the real problems are.
and just to hone in how bad this company truly is, STEVEN J. ROCHESTER tried to withhold my final paycheck from me when i quit. which is illegal.
this company and this store is a joke and a lawsuit waiting to happen from many of us.

The hello kitty dolls shipped fast! I got four and then also got two free blind boxes as a gift. I pulled all the ones I wanted! I got last years hello kitty wedding line figures for my wedding cake, I’m so excited to use the dolls as table center pieces. I plan to order more if they are still available. I couldn’t be happier. They are soft, cute, and have adorable details.
I bought a Lego set for my child's birthday. He was verry happy building it, until he realized he could not build furthermore. A lot of the pieces were missing making it impossible to continue this Lego set.
From the moment I ordered until the time I received my products, I knew where my order was at in the process. Confirmation email, tracking email and delivery update information. All timely and no second-guessing was necessary.
I usually purchase my collectibles from various retail stores; however, because of the quality of the products, certain series can be difficult to find due to increased popularity. Therefore, I decided to go ahead and order directly from TopToy for highly anticipated series release(s).
