Defective product, no UL listings, unsupportive and challenging customer service
I purchased several lights and unfortunately they can be installed by a professional electrician due to multiple defects: • Missing ground connection • No UL or equivalent safety listing • Excessive socket depth preventing proper bulb seating • Mounting bracket misaligned with standard electrical boxes Their customer service is very challenging, save yourself the stress. I’ve attempted several times to initiate a return, but after several communications support is unwilling to even provide the return process and form outlined on their website and “hassle free” policy. (Note one purchase was made a few months ago so doesn’t not fit their 30 day window but the other do qualify)
Do not buy anything from this company
After spending $2000 on a fixture it came missing parts. No customer service ever returned emails The phone number goes to voicemail without any out going message

We covered the cost of the part and the shipping fees entirely. You were not charged a single penny.
