Hello Lee: Thanks for your feedback - we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our 'Affordable' vacations don't include daily breakfast. The breakfast in Oslo and Stockholm were an added plus at no additional cost. 'Basic Economy' flights typically do not include a checked bag allowance but you do have the option to upgrade to a higher class of service during the booking flow on our website. The Thon Partner Hotel Kungsbron does have rooms with windows and we do offer that upgrade option during the booking flow on our website. Being robbed in broad daylight is a frightening experience, and we are very sorry for the distress and disruption this caused during your trip.
