Amy: The travel protection that we offer is a cancel for any reason pre departure cancellation coverage. When you booked your vacation on our website, you clicked the below statement. No thanks. I prefer to decline this Travel Protection Plan and understand that my trip is fully non-refundable. With that aside, when you reached out to us to discuss options, the area you were scheduled to travel to was not affected in any way. All flights were operating and all hotels, as well as tourist sites, were welcoming guests. With that, any cancellation would have been voluntary on your part. Drop-off surcharges will apply to all categories when returning to a different city.
