Let me explain in detail how this company's scam works (based on my experience of working with them for the past few months):
1. USING PRODUCT IMAGES TO AVOID REFUNDS (SCAM #1): These guys source their products from the same suppliers and factories as all other dropshipping suppliers. However, they have a SMART SCAM here - they will send you images of the poor quality products received at their warehouse to get your approval before they ship them (they are very aware that a lot of them are bad quality). They do this to brush their hands off any responsibility for after sales service and to avoid giving refunds later while being fully aware that their products are causing their customers losses in refunds and chargebacks due to quality. There are very few suppliers from China that do not entertain after sales service and that in itself will tell you what a big SCAM these guys run. So you can imagine what kind of losses you will make as a business if you have to completely bear the brunt of their lack of after sales service.
2. 'CHINA SHIPPING FEE' SCAM (SCAM #2): These guys will also charge you a totally fraudulent 'China shipping fee' on top of the bills. No other supplier in China charges this extra fee and it's a purely fraudulent fee these scammers use to milk you out of more money by increasing shipping costs.
3. USING SLOW SHIPPING LINES & NO REFUNDS FOR DELAYED SHIPPING (SCAM #3): They use slow shipping services to save costs and increase their profits and will sometimes not ship orders in over 15 days from date of order and when you get chargebacks and disputes from customer as a result of the delays, they will not provide you any refund from their side and completely brush their hands off any responsibility as usual.
I have not experienced as high a chargeback and dispute rate and overall LOSSES in my business as a result of working with these SCAMMERS compared to any other supplier from China.
Very disappointed by the experience so far, I will update this review if they ever make things better. But for now, extremely UNRELIABLE, UNETHICAL and SCAM OF A SUPPLIER to work with.
