The website is under maintainence, they are still resolving a lot of technical issues. I've had a very bad experience with the support agent provided to me, no proper support is given, they take a lot of time to get back to you. you cannot find products once you import them as there are no hyperlinks given on the release record sections that contains your imported products. I've just started importing products from the app to my store and I am facing issues as many products are pushed without size charts. I've not started selling yet , so I have no idea about the experience of selling from their app yet, coz I'm stuck in the initial stages as many products don't have size charts and I cannot sell without proper size charts available for customers.. after many attempts of asking help from the agent provided to no avail, I had to delete all clothing products from my store from fforders because they don't have a way of editing products once imported, you also cannot set pricing rules or select global shipping , it's all done manually, individually and seperately. I thought of manually attempting to put the size charts from the fforders page as most products that i imported from them came without size charts but I was not able to find the products, as the release record page has no hyper links that take you to the product page and even putting SKU's in the search box doesn't help .. you cannot find the product page and when you ask for help, the customer service doesn't provide support. The agent "Lin"provided to me was so laid back , she doesn't understand questions and will make you repeat it so many times and then send tutorials that are irrelevant to your questions...and then respond passive aggressively. She looses her temper over basic questions asked, has anger issues, gives sarcastic replies. Says , " not my problem" , I don't understand how can she talk like that being a customer service agent ..and how come such agents are provided. she uses sarcastic words instead of helping. This is literally her job to clarify any doubts and help navigate the app but she avoids that and bypasses it. I told her I'm a beginner so I requested for better support but she is using that to shame me , instead of helping me understand the app and provide better support.. what kind of agent is this ? And instead of resolving issues , she is sending me review our app links , asking for 5 star reviews in exchange for 10 $1 coupons... horrible experience trying to communicate anything with this agent..and right now it's a frustrating experience to navigate the app when no proper support is provided .

Before using ff order I used buckydrop and they took around a month to fulfill orders which is obviously terrible when it comes to your reputation. Thankfully ff order offers around 5-12 day shipping which is perfect for e-commerce and I heard they take responsibility for any issues on their end which is amazing I would recommend.
