Terrible

I am very unhappy with the product I got. I bought a couple of promise rings. I mistakenly got the man’s ring a size bigger. But the ring itself has dents and scratches and the paint is coming off, and I haven’t even worn it ! And now I’m not even able to get a refund because they are customised rings. This is a a terrible policy.
