Ordered in November for Christmas present, the items I wanted weren't available, changed order, Gullei lost my order and only after I made contact 3 weeks later did they get started on my revised order. Then it was held up in postage for 3 weeks, finally received today and thank God I made other arrangements! The jewellery is pure crap! The chains are cheap and the engraved pendant pieces are really, really bad quality! Don't waste your money unless you want to give a bad gift!
I was initially happy with my purchase until the clasp on my girlfriend’s necklace broke, making her lose her charm. Haven’t even had the necklace 2 months.
Very disappointed. They changed a symbol on the order and apart from nit offering a refund for their mistake, they said that is what I gave them. When I sent them screenshots of my order on their account and forwarded confirmation email. They still said that infinity symbol had a circle around it. Sent them screen shots and they accused me of editing the images. Very disappointed. DO NOT buy from them.
Instead of fixing their mistake they accuse falsely of altering proof and want you spend more money to fix their error. AVOID this company.
Also don’t trust reviews as they offer $2.50-$5.00 refund to give them a good review
I like my pieces. However, the order was part wrong in the fact that they showed something different in the picture than I received and when I asked for resolution I was told I would have to pay more for what I should have gotten in the first place.
And the email started off as "At this point the most we can do..." really? I won't be ordering from them again.
I honestly don't like to leave bad reviews, The shipping was on time but the merchandise I received look great but the quality was trouble the part that holds the bracelet together doesn't want to lock easy you literally have to apply alot of force just to hold it together hoping you dont hurt yourself or even scratching the bracelet when applying force, I dont recommend this item and i tried to return it but customers service was to difficult
I ordered Matching his&hers bracelets for our first dating anniversary and it was such big a big disappointment and embracing gift. it won't fit anyone since it is too big and it is really not adjustable. The engraving font is so ugly. The company told me it is not possible to return or change it or even they refuse to send me a smaller one. I would never recommend any ever purchase anything from this horrible company.

I ordered a his/her pendent and chain I can not fault the delivery time that was great under the circumstances at the minute. But as for the necklace its self I was not impressed at all yes it is nice but not want I wanted the name engraving is so small you can't see it.
So if you just want so nice cheap jewellery then it's good but i wouldn't recommend for a special gift and definitely not for engraving x
Matching his&hers adjustable rings would only fit a child. The metal looked like thin cheap tin. The engraving was so small it could not be read with the naked eye and was not as shown on the web site. The company gave me 24 hours to return and did not want to make any adjustments to satisfy me holding strictly to their stated return policy. I would never recommend any ever purchase anything from this horrible company
Very, very disappointed with the product and the return policy. Ordered customized adjustable rings with engraving. The rings are so small like a child size and I wear a 7. The engraving was not as shown on website. I’m most disappointed with the response from this company when I expressed my issue. WARNING - if you don’t know this beware that you only have a 24 hr response & return time frame. This is unfair to the customer but covers the company. Never ordering again. Very bad experience.
Horrible Experience - Never Again!
My son took the time to place an order for a couple's necklace for his girlfriend's birthday! Some reason the date of the purchase ended up as the engravement instead of the anniversary date. I messaged customer service and they sent us something back showing it our fault and calling us liars. Why would my 17-year-old put the current date of purchase on the engravement for their anniversary? Clearly something went wrong and now they are trying to make this one time deal as if its a discount that cost more than what we paid to start off with. Huge Uffdah! Don't have my recommendations. Is sad because I like cute jewelry.
