Purchased a vinyl clock from this seller. Arrived damaged and was told it was part of the design. Customer service was awful. Got told I had to send it back tracked so they could find it! Was called a liar and blackmailled. Was told that if i didnt remove my review from amazon they would not issue a refund. Still trying to get a refund but doubt it will ever happen.
The company is run by a bunch of crooks, and the UK address they give isnt real. put it inot google and it sends you to a JCB site!
I ordered matching bracelets for my daughter and her boyfriend, and
we received them in quick, and they looked nice. The problem was
the bracelet we have the bf kept coming unhooked, so he lost it.
Poor quality in my opinion. They were fairly inexpensive at $35 but still
I wish he would have had it more than one day and the latch coming undone. Will not order again from this company.
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a product with expedited shipping and would have recieved the product before an anniversary. But the company did not give my postal code to DHL. When I was contacting the company they had extremely poor customer service, delayed responses, trying to blame me the customer for not giving the correct postal code and DHL for rejecting it. They made up lies saying they searched my correct code and gave it to DHL. DHL rang me and found me with my postal code extremely quickly. The company did not put my code on the package . They not follow their own policies and are now ignoring me as I had requested to lower the shipping to supersaver (cheaper but takes longer to arrive) before they informed me that they shipped my product. That's the least you could expect considering they can't even put the information given to them on the package, telling me lies and wasting my time. The product itself is supposed to be blue titanium but one of the rings is almost black. There are already scratches on them too. They ended the "customer service" case believing they're within their time period to ship but they didn't inform me of any issue until I asked them. And for a company that buys good reviews for a €5 Euro refund(instructions given on a card with the product). I don't see why they couldn't refund the difference in shipping cost and lower it when I asked well in advance ,when they had the package "returned" to them by DHL. Guess I should have given a good review. Won't be ordering from this company again. Go to your local jeweler.
This is absurd what kind of shipping are you guys running in the last 7 days my package has been in the same exact state and location and the last time it was the same thing really when is my packahe going to arrive and 24hrs is a lie i never get a reply back until atleast 72 hours and ypur always saying sorry for the delayed response like bullsh**

Ordered an engagement ring for my fiancé on 1-31-18. Still no word on a tracking number after 9 days. Didn't expect for it to take so long. I contacted them through E-mail and keep getting the run around. Either they sent the item or give me my money back. This will be the biggest disappointment ever. If it doesn't show up at her door soon. I will never buy from them again. Recap- Still no product and we're in the month of March. RECAP: It's the month of May and still no product. This company stole my funds and have not bothered to offer a refund on my order or showed no progress.
ordered product 12/15/17-still waiting. Contacted seller, get runaround. 1st tracking info said arrives 1/3/18. soon updated to shipped and delivered with arrival date 1/30/18 (tracked package to a place 1000 miles from me delivered 2 years ago.) Now says arrives today with no tracking info. it's late at night, so isn't coming today. Maybe never. No matter how cute their stuff is, I'll never order from them again!
Absolutely HORRIBLE to deal with. I placed on order on 1-15-18 - contacted the company the morning of 1-16-18 to cancel the order. They said it could not be cancelled because it had shipped ---- today is 1-25-18 and I still do not have my item. I have contact them several times regarding my cancellation and refund and they continue to "claim" it shipped. Will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
Was happy once the rings finally arrived. Shipping took longer than expected even with paying extra. Was tracking the package with DHL, was expecting it on 20th, after that date there was no tracking info till I called and found out it had been transferred to USPS. Ended up having to track it through them and pick it up at local post office so my son could give it too his girlfriend before she went out of town.
I ordered gifts for my nieces in November for Christmas. One link Gullei sent me states they have been sitting in Germany since December 8th, today is December 21st. Another link states nothing on it.
They are telling me this is my problem. They said customs is slow. They said the weather in the United States is bad. I believe it is lost and they have not replaced it.
This will teach me to only order from the United States. Very Very disappointed. I don't think they should keep my money.
Firstly, website stated that my order was in stock. A few days after my order, they told me that it was OOS and if it can be replaced. Reply took a few days. After almost a month, I've yet to receive my order so I dropped them an email and was told that my order was forgotten. Item came and it was miserable, it looked cheap and the engraving was slanted. The words were squeezed for the female's ring due to a limited space to engrave yet they still offered engraving.
Overall this is my 3rd purchase from Gullei and I'm once again happy with my order, although my order took a while getting here it was still worth every penny. Next time ill pay for better shipping. I ordered a set of couples rings and am happy with how they turned out.
I love the product I ordered. Was worried about getting it in time so I did the fastest shipping, and recieved it in time but there was some question if I would. They responded to my emails in a day or two and were very helpful with my concerns.
My boyfriend got me a bracelet with engravings on it and came with mispelled word. Items that come pre-engraved may have typos that the company is aware but doesn't tell you ahead of time. So becareful when ordering.
Product did not arrive in time, live support never online. "Postcode supposedly wrong", eventho it is in fact correct. no useful support worth mentioning and no product has arrived at all
I ordered a birthday present for a friend on April 10th and paid extra for faster shipping so it'd be here on my friend's birthday... it is now May 4th and I am still waiting for the item I paid extra money for. His birthday passed a while ago and he still does not have a present. I will probably never buy from this site again.
I can't comment on the quality since I never got the item.... even though I paid extra money...
