I ordered a ring set April 30th I have not received it yet. I keep going back and forth with DHL saying the company has to contact the shipping company because DHL can not scan in my package. has anyone else had this issue I paid for an 8 to 14-day arrival? Help,...the rings are for a very special commitment ceremony.
Im reading all great reviews from this company i ordered matching set promise rings and one for my man and its been about 3 weeks now and still no mail was wondering how long it took others to get this stuff in the mail????
I ordered a ring, and they immediately took out full payment. Then I get an email a few days later that it’s not in stock, but they offered another in place. I didn’t want that one, so I told them to refund my money. They DID NOT AND WOULD NOT REFUND MY FULL AMOUNT, even though they charged for something not in stock.
My order took almost a month to arrive even though I payed for expedited shipping and now that my bracelets are finally here they are super scratched. Highly disappointed because that was a very long wait for scratched bracelets. Definitely not worth $34
Placed order on Feb 6th. Paid for 3-5 day shipping. On Feb 15th, requested update on my order. Was told the website informed me there is no shipping until Feb 19th due to the Corona Virus. Since I was on a timeline, I'm sure I would have noticed that and placed my order elsewhere. I was also told my package shipped that day and would arrive in 6-9 days. On Feb 25th, I asked for another update since it had not arrived. I was again told due to the Corona Virus, my package shipped on the 19th (not what I was told before). I requested the difference in shipping cost since it was indeed not 3-5 days that I paid for. Was told to email when the package arrives and they will refund difference. Package arrived today and the item is busted into little pieces. I'm so disappointed I will never ever order here again. I will update with the response I receive to the email I sent. I asked how to return the broken item and get a refund.
Their customet service is conpletely garbage. Do not. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Their tuRn around for S H I T sucks. Took nearly a month for something i ordered to even F U C K I N G ship and even after I asked more than once for a refund, they ignored it completely. NEVER ORDERING FROM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never ordering from here again. I ordered a bracelet for my boyfriend for Christmas on 12/13/19. It is now 1/13/20 and guess what, I’ve gotten nothing!!! I even payed 4 dislikes extra for fast shipping! I have emailed the company many many times and they assure me it is coming but it’s not here. I’ve been tracking it and it took nearly 3 weeks for it to even be shipped form where it was made. I will get my money back. This was terrible. I bet the quality will be awful as well so it won’t even make up for the time loss. Thanks for ruining my Christas gift. Never again.

At this point IF and WHEN I do eventually receive my husbands ring I will not order from this company again. UPDATE The ring is nice quality, Some what heavy and true to size. But the “engraving” is nothing more than some kind of paint or printing it’s not really engraved. the shipping process and customer service aren’t the best though.

I ordered on 12/9/19 paid for the 3-5 day shipping It’s now the 18th still haven’t received order or text Or email saying it has been shipped.. It’s a gift my grandson wanted for him and his girlfriend.. which today I need to ship out my gifts to get there by Christmas.. 😔
They are total CRAP! I have two rings I ordered and one is CRAP! I’m extremely mad because I paid for shipping and I still got them late! And you CAN NOT return an engraved item!! Which is stupid! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOUR CRAP WILL LOOK TERRIBLE AND THE SIZES ARE SOOOOO WRONG!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!! They should be held for false advertising!
This is horrible! My significant other and I purchased rings from here and it took them two days to respond saying they were sold out but could use a different option and we were upset but ok with it. We paid extra to get faster shipping and it’s been almost longer than standard shipping!! O and the tracking doesn’t update! Do not use! So dissatisfied and disappointed
Bought these rings as an anniversary gift with engraving inside. However, once received the ring sizes were too big and the engraving is NOTHING like the images advertised. Customer service is also rubbish, refused to give a refund or resolve the issue even though it was their fault for falsely advertising. Will definitely not be recommending them or ordering from here again. Absolutely rubbish, avoid at all costs.

Didn’t want there engraving on it but it still was on top and mines was on the bottom and they won’t refund me
I received the item at a reasonable time frame but I did pay for expedited shipping but it didnt help to get it quicker before Xmas. But overall not bad of a product and the case made it a fancy item. Thanks
Items arrived late even after paying for expedited shipping! Was a birthday gift but didnt get it before birthday celebration...which sucked!! Nice items but has some scratches on both charms and one of the names engraved was messed up. Customer service wasnt very pleasant and was hard to get ahold of. No shipping info was ever provided either. I am undecided if I'll shop here again and not sure if I recommend it...rating a 2.5-3. Merry Christmas!!
