For Anti-cellulite cavitation devise. This item took 6 weeks for delivery. After that- 1) The Cord is VERY short making the device difficult to use. 2) The device over-heated within 2 minutes of use. 3) The labels for the side switches rubbed off like magic-marker leaving no way to understand the settings.4) the EMS pad/setting didn't work at all.
Ordered a phone case - tracking number went nowhere- emailed and got a response from none other than ‘Joy’ - apparently I have nothing to worry about because my package is on its way … to France!! I live in New Zealand! And it’s destination can’t be changed- she claims the address was wrong in my PayPal and can’t do anything even though the address is not wrong - I supplied Guud with my address on purchase- I also supplied Joy with my address so she could send another case to the correct address but no she states “the problem is we don't know the delivery address you want to use, and you also do not tell us before we do the shippment, and we just send it to the address you leave in our systems, all as normal, so I really don't know what mistake we make?“ - THIS CITE IS A SCAM- avoid!!! UPDATE - well as it turns out I received the case today - no sign of it going to France - lol - so I think the issue may have been the order number being lodged against a different order not my order - that being said I think that their customer service needs work but the site does seem legit hence the update
I ordered 4 different type of phone cases and they all were high quality and very well packed. They were sent from China to Finland immediately after ordering. I really can recommend this company
I would have given 5 stars only extremely slow to arrive. However think it was stuck in Brussels on route to Ireland. The customer service was very good and they sent me an extra link to track it with. I loved the cover for the iPad!
I have ordered a phone case and after a while I've tracked the order and it looked like it had been delivered by Royal Mail, but nothing ever got to me. Joy from Guuds was more than helpful, replied very quickly to my emails and arranged for another case to be delivered while Royal Mail investigates what happened to the first one. Today I have received the case and it's just great, can't fault it and can't fault the customer service. Thank you, Joy!
I've ordered a couple of phone cases. Unfortunately they never arrived, and in the mean time sending I don't know how many emails... I'm still waiting for a refund after 4 months. So no I will defenitly not order something here anymore. This is not how you treat your customers.
