I have ordered a wig from here that was blonde/silver rooted. The one that I received was reddish copper. I contacted them through email. They offered me a 10% refund. I asked for them to replace and send the one that I ordered yet they will not do that so I reached out again and they offered a 15% and that is their last offer. They tell me if I want a full refund I have to pay shipping and send that the shipping is expensive to ship to where they are. It would cost me more and I would be out of more money and they would only refund it if I did so, and they got it because sometimes it has lost in customs, and therefore, if that happens, you will not get a refund. They are not about customer service and they don’t care if they sent the wrong one they could just pick up any wig it seems. And ship it out to you and that’s what you get. I would not recommend this company or their products.
DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY. This has to be the worst company /customer service of all time. Firstly, I made a purchase, provided my full address. They somehow managed to send this package out of their warehouse without the address. Surprise surprise, the package couldn’t be delivered. The company kept telling me to be patient with the shipment although the tracking info showed the item was returned to the international shipping department. I have been asking for a refund and am just getting constant kick back.
I want my money back for an item I was never provided and they are refusing!!

If I had known these wigs were coming from China I would have never ordered them! Every wig that I have bought from there always has a round circle sewn into the wig and it looks just like a cowlick. I bought 4 wigs and none of them can be worn!! Don't waste your money!

I was SO upset because, this 'wig' was absolutely nothing like the picture.
It's supposed to be a creamy blonde but it's putrid shade of gold and approximately 4 inches longer than the one I ordered.
Like another review said, this wig is not even worth $5
I emailed them to get instructions on how to return it, because the return address was in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
They wrote back that I could get a 10% discount to keep it, or return it to China which would cost as much as I paid for the wig, to return.
This 'hairlio' place is a total SCAM!

This company is a SCAM. I couldn’t find anywhere on their site that it was from China, but when you try to return the wig, it is actually China. I bought a wig from them on August 12. I didn’t get any emails whatsoever from them (except from Paypal for the payment) until I emailed them on August 19. They apologized and said it would take a little longer maybe five days. I emailed them again on August 28 for a tracking number since I had nothing. They did send the tracking number stating it had shipped. I finally received the wig on September 1. It was nowhere close to the wig I ordered. There was a sewn-in part which didn’t even look natural. And I’m not even sure what the color is. I emailed them and asked for a return address since I paid $44 for the wig, $34 for the wig and $10 for shipping. That’s when I found out I had to send it back to China. They offered 10% if I would keep the wig which amount to four dollars or return it and get stuck with all the fees which is $32 to ship it plus whatever fees they were going charge. I chose the trashcan. Please do not order from this company. I really wish I could give it zero stars.
