We are truly sorry to hear that your first experience with us was disappointing and that the table cloths did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves in quality control and while we did our best to remove stubborn food stains, we were not able to fully remove them. We do note in our Terms of Service that stain removal is not 100% guaranteed. We would also recommend considering using Clorox bleach for tough staining. We would absolutely love the opportunity to take this item back for stain treatments using a bleach of that caliber.
