UnHappy with Happy Nest recently
I've been using Happy Nest for nearly two years and haven't had many issues, but this one irks me. I scheduled a pickup last Thursday for delivery Friday. Received a text and email stating they were short staffed and would get my laundry delivered Saturday, but did not. I emailed support on Sunday and Alicia stated my laundry would be returned on Monday (today). Still waiting. I will update if things change.

The bags was tied in a tight knot
The bags was tied in a tight knot I had to rip it open to get clothes instead of getting out what I need. Socks was not together.

The clothes didn’t have a clean smell…
The clothes didn’t have a clean smell but it had a burnt smell and something else. Then me and my mom, and brother saw it the light blue denim shorts revealed everything they didn’t wash the clothes they put the dirty clothes in a dryer and claimed they cleaned them and kept my money. Haven’t heard anything else from them. Plus when they dropped them off the driver didn’t place them in a dry chair up against the house like they instructed you to leave them on a chair when they pick up well it rained the day the driver delivered the clothes back instead of putting them on the dry chair he sat them on wet pavement and in a puddle. You all gave 1-5 stars I gave 1 but left up to me they would have no stars based on my experience and I think they should give my money back. Words travel by mouth and my mom has already been talking to her friends about the service. They should be careful who they piss off.
Beware if you are sensitive to fragrance
Laundry was folded well, picked up on town, and delivered the next day. Unfortunately, they used a highly scented laundry detergent after I requested unscented only. I now have to wash all the fragrance out of the freshly laundered clothing. Customer service refused to offer a refund or credit of any kind. It was a $70 laundry order.
