WATCH OUT! They advertise their small bag price as $45. But then I got the bill, and it's another $14.95 to pick it up and deliver! So it's $60! Why say $45? Picking it up and delivering is half the reason to use them. Nobody is going to Uber back and forth TWICE to get their laundry to and from these guys, if that's even possible.

Rinse is a great laundry service. They have excellent communication as to when they will pickup and deliver laundry. My clothes return sorted and smelly wonderful! I highly recommend rinse.

Since starting my new job, finding time to do the laundry has become a near impossibly. Plus my buildings laundry is extremely expensive. I decided to give Rinse a try because I figured if I was gonna pay for laundry I’d be happy to pay a little more to not have me do it. I was honesty shocked at the ease, speed, and care of Rinse. I was able to book for pickup that same night in a heartbeat, they came with really nice free bags for me to use (and keep!) and the communication throughout was next level. When I got my laundry back it was better shape than I thought was possible, clean and folded immaculately. They treated my clothes with such care are respect, more than anyone including me ever has, that it’s made me reevaluate how I treat my clothes. I would highly recommend Rinse to anyone who wants to not spend time on laundry or just wants their laundry done better. 10/10 would highly recommend

Cherry was awesome! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me with an account issue. She said she would call back and did. This service is God sent. I was in San Francisco picking up my son from camp. He had a week of soiled clothing and we were going to vacation another week. The hotel options are ridiculously expensive. We sent our clothes to Rinse. They sent a driver to pick up the clothing and they delivered it the next day for about 60 for a full load of clothing. Nicely washed, folded and organized in a nice tote bag. We were extremely grateful for this service.

My favorite is how well my laundry items are folded.. Also the fresh smell of clean laundry, surprisingly, last a long time. Me not being able to walk to a local laundromat, having Rinse pick ups and returns from home is GREAT!
