They delivered someone else’s laundry…
They delivered someone else’s laundry to me and didn’t know if they delivered all my stuff back to me, which caused a huge hassle, and did nothing to compensate. I also had to contact THEM about taking off the charge for the other persons laundry. This was my first time and obviously I can’t use them again, unfortunately. Not worth the money or the stress.

Excellent service. They text along the process, pickup and drop off. Very flexible. Clothes cleaned with out damage. Packed in plastic bags. Recommend.

The laundry is folded and packed so well. The only thing that would make it better is if there were more valets so they weren't delayed in the pick up and drop off process.

When I requested tuesday or wed to wash and fold my clothes and was told that it will be ready by friday but got next day. Wow fast service and easy for me since I have no time to doing this. I am thankful to have your service!

My first pick was great due to the valet person. She was extremely nice and helpful. The dropoff valet was the same way. Also my dry cleaning was cleaned properly. I will be using rinse again! Very convenient.

A very good company
Always timely, clothes very well folded. And very much appreciate changes taking place July 1, based on customer comments. From my perspective, Rinse one of the few companies that ask for customer comments and actually take them into account (never expect to see everything of my dreams, just very clear Rinse listens and does what's practical.

My clothes are always returned appearing fresh and neatly folded. I also Love having the ability to communicate with staff and getting immediate responses.Couriers are always courteous and helpful, altho wish there were earlier times for pickup and delivery
