Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, often describing how helpful the service is for their daily routines. Customers frequently praise the exceptional convenience, noting that pickups and drop-offs are handled smoothly, quickly, and professionally by a courteous team. People also appreciate the meticulous care given to their garments, which consistently return remarkably fresh, clean, and neatly folded to save storage space. However, some customers also noted occasional issues with delivery tracking accuracy and surprisingly wide drop-off windows that made scheduling difficult. Others experienced minor setbacks regarding unexpected scent strengths in detergents or lingering wrinkles on specific items like table cloths.
