Fraudulent business practices
The items delivered did not match the specifications of the products I ordered what so ever! I h included the details of my original order below for your reference: - Order Number: HATS00084496FASHION - Items Ordered: - Handmade panama hat-Manuel (Large/Bleach) - Panama Natural Toquilla Straw with Suede Trim (Large) The two identical hats shipped were of poor quality and the presentation and packaging did not represent product from a reputable business. I was offered a 20% refund in which i rejected as i realized that i had been scammed. This company has fraudulent and unethical business practices!

Ordered two hats, received two hats. Thats where to similarity ends. The hats I received looked nothing like what i ordered. "Customer Service" offer just 10% refund or return internationally at my own expense. RIP OFF!

Konluka / HatsFashion = SCAM
Konluka / HatsFashion is nothing but scam artists that operate out of China. I ordered tte F-KAW-F hat with a crow from a YouTube ad... complete & total SCAM! They offer items made is the USA, however, they are most definitely not. The label reads, "USIA" & items ship from China. When you call them on it they keep 5% of your order before issuing any refund & their reason is because yiur order "has already been put into production " They have numerous YouTube ads under tre name Konluka. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
