The discounted rate you paid is the subscription price: the option is shown on the product page, the discount is reflected in the bundle price before the item is added to the cart, and the cart lists the monthly subscription ahead of checkout. Our records also show that when you wrote to us on 25 July we cancelled the subscription the same day, so no further renewals will be created. Hi Bob, your order hasn't shipped, and that comes down to a stock shortage on our side rather than anything to do with the carrier. When you wrote to us on 24 July our team replied the same morning to explain, and we’re working to get the order fulfilled and tracked as soon as stock is back. We have issued a full refund for you on the 26th. On the billing, our discounted pricing applies when the subscription option is selected at checkout — but rather than guess at your account in a public reply, reply to our last email and we’ll go through every charge with you and correct anything that shouldn’t be there. — The Healthletic Team

Our records show the subscription is now cancelled, so there will be no further charges, and a refund was processed on 15 July. We’d rather have delivered the products than refunded them, and we’re reviewing why these shipments stalled in transit.
