I read the reviews after I ordered and thought at best I would receive an item not fit for purpose. Pleasantly surprised to receive my bras today and they fit perfectly and are very comfy. The delivery was a few weeks but I expected that. The star I dropped was only based on the lack of communication from the company when I asked where the product was. Maybe I was just lucky with me order

Only gave a star because I was unable to leave a zero star. Products do arrive after a long wait. The clothing items were ok quality but useless to me because sizing was not accurate so cannot review on comfort or quality of wear. There was non option to change sizing as I was smaller than the size I ordered and they didn’t do as shaker option. Company did reply to my email but only offered to refund £2 GBP initially, then £4 GBP Chicago final offer £6 GBP for bras that I paid £24 for. Awful service. I’ve ordered from other Chinese companies who have been excellent in relation to returns and refund but this company are just taking money and offering no customer satisfaction support. The sad thing is if the product was sized correctly they may have been a comfortable product to wear but they are no use to me!

Don't even want to give them one star. My friend returned jeans that were awful quality. She returned them recorded delivery on September 2025. Still waiting on a refund. Obviously this is a scam site. She has left it with her bank to try and get her refund

Like most people on here I wish I had checked trustpilot first! This is a scam company! I tried to cancel the day after I ordered when I read these reviews. Other people said they had been charged more than the order amount so I checked this and I had. Luckily I paid via Paypal and I raised a issue with them. They ruled in my favour. It wasn't for a huge amount but hopefully it has made PayPal aware this a scam company.

I managed to email them and stop second payment so I then tried to cancel order within half an hour of placing it and apparently that’s not possible! Bras not fit for purpose …
I really don’t know why I ordered from this company! After falling for the ridiculous claims of potentially being free of strap pains and under breast unpleasantness , I was not entirely surprised when the order took a long time to arrive. I did however receive replies every time I enquired about the tracking. The bras look horrible right out of the package. I tried one on. Well if the bra could contain a tennis ball securely that would have been fair! There is NO way a bra size 38EE would ever feel contained, securely, uplifted in this floppy , nylon elasticated contraption. I immediately contacted their customer service only to be told that due to high costs of returning package to China they would offer me £2 to keep it. I continued to state my consumer rights of a full refund They offered £4,then £6, then £10! And I could keep the useless bras!! I am still in communication with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY .

Do not order from this company.. placed order on 14th Dec.. not received the order yet. They charged extra saying system error, when i questioned they said refund issued .. which I still have not received. Emailing daily, I keep getting reply your refund issued issued and order is in transit. I wish I has done more research before ordering.

Wish i had done more research on this company - order placed on 15th NOV and still not arrived. Have requested a refund on 2 occasions and nothing forthcoming. Guess the phrase if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Learn from my mistake and avoid this company.

Do not order from them - I ordered what was advertised as Halara jeans - ended up paying more than advertised, then when I read the reviews a few hours later I tried to cancel but they refused. About a month after the order an extremely shoddy pair of jeans arrived, overly long (I ordered petite), thin material, broken zip. Have been in contact with their so called customer services, who offered £3 refund, then later £5 refund, and now no more. They refuse to allow returns/full refund for goods that are not fit for purpose.

Jeans took 6 weeks to arrive and were supposed to have a stretch waist but have a side zip. Also they don't fit as they are not particulary stretchy. Avoid this company!
Absolute Worst!
Ordered bras, goodness knows what I'll receive, if I ever do receive my order! Ordered 3 weeks ago and only just started getting updates, all of them at least a week old! Upshot, after 3 weeks the package is only just leaving the US (apparently). Not holding my breath that there is actually ANYTHING on the way but definitely wish I had seen reviews beforehand!
