I ordered a pair of jeans meant to have the jersey waistband. Got delivered and they are zip fastening. They came up small emailed to return, got asked to send the QR code to make sure they sent the right item. I sent them and informed them it’s the right size but they had come up small and would like to return for a full refund. Emailed back saying it would cost me $25-$30 to return. To much for me!! 🤬🤬 As a good will gesture they will refund me £3 and I can keep the trousers. Absolute sham of a company. So I am out of pocket and with a pair of jeans that are no good to me.
Do not not use this company. They overcharged me and it has taken ages to sort this out and they kept denying that I had been overcharged despite me sending a copy of my credit card statement. I finally got a refund but for 75p less. I suppose I am lucky that I even got something when you see the other reviews.
My jeans have not arrived after about two months, they keep messing me about saying they are lost and will send them out again , but Im still waiting, and theyve refused my refund request.
SCAM - If I could score -0 I would, took chasing for 8 weeks. They are advertising Halara jeans. Payed by pay pal, sent me tracking from America, then raise with PayPal and got tracking from China. This is a scam company, hot refunded eventually from PayPal
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! This is a Chinese Company although they give the impression its American. Ordered items worth £30 on 7 August 2025 and still nothing has arrived 6 weeks on. Tried emailing but gets returned saying undelivered mail. Return to sender. I am going to raise a case with Paypal
This company gives the impression that it sells trips but I have ordered a pair of women's jeans.?? Not sure if the companies are the same but if not, this company needs to look into it. Health-Trips is a Chinese company. My order has taken over a month so far to be dispatched. It is showing now as being in this country (England) but still not delivered to me.
This company are a joke.
This company is Chinese, not American.
They offer a money back guarantee but do not honour it.
I purchased some items that were not as described on their website and not fut for purpose. After multiple emails they are refusing to refund and will only offer a £4 refund ( the items cost over £20).
Currently going through my bank to try and resolve this issue.
