Hello Denise, To clarify, the glaze variation you referenced was reviewed both internally and directly with the manufacturer. The finish was confirmed to be consistent with the natural glazing process used on this item and was not classified as a manufacturing defect. Despite this, and in an effort to ensure you were satisfied, we worked directly with Emissary to take an additional step that is not standard practice. A member of their team personally unboxed and reviewed multiple pieces of the item you ordered in order to locate one that more closely aligned with your expectations. This level of involvement went well beyond what is typically offered when an item is confirmed to be within manufacturer standards, and it was done solely as a goodwill effort to improve your experience.
