I ordered a dress that simply did not fit. Multiple emails with the company led them to offer me a 10% coupon...NO REFUNDS UPON RETURN. I will not be buying from them again.

I bought a 3D printer (Artillery Sidewinder X2) in such an incredible promotion that I thought it was not true, or else the product was used, but I was very positively surprised to quickly receive the new product in the sealed box. I highly recommend buying this kind of product at Hekka because for me it was a wonderful experience.
I ordered 2 sweaters. Run a lil small but not so much to return. Fabric blend is soft and comfy. My order was split which made me nervous but as I tracked the second sweater came only 2 weeks later than the first. Very happy with both sweater/coat. Stylish and comfy. I'll be back for Christmas gifts!!!

Recently, an order was unusually delayed. I reached out to the company and they responded immediately to get this resolved! Great online biz!
Ordered a coat, what they sent me did not look anything like the picture, it is a very shoddy garment with the design printed on it. It looks more like a polyester dressing gown rather than the wool looking coat in the picture I have requested to return it as it is good for nothing, but they are messing me about asking for proof it is not like the picture etc, etc, not looking good for me getting a refund will have to go through paypal, so just a warning what you receive is unlikely to look like what you ordered, it is a big scam

Was finally issued with an address to return item after posting this review, but had to post back at my expense, on taking it to the post office I discovered it would cost £25 to post so didn't want to lose any more money so opened a dispute with PayPal I was then contacted and offered a full refund, but they said could not process the refund unless I closed the case I contacted PayPal as I was suspicious and they confirmed this was a common scam, once I closed the case it could not be reopened, after pointing this out I finally got my refund Hooray!! They are now pestering me to modify this review I not sure what they expect me to say, but I will not tell lies, as they are based on the other side of the world all these calls and messages come in the middle of the night so I have had to resort to turning my phone off Please take note of my experience and steer clear. If anyone has a use for a truly awful garment you couldn't even give to a charity shop let me know.
