Waiting for a skins one week and still couting.....hellcase never did that to me but this time has let me down very bad...
We regret that you've been waiting longer than expected for your items. We appreciate your feedback and we'll investigate what caused this delay.
Earlier this week, I got scammed by a Hijacked bot using Tradeit.gg and lost $300 worth in a trade. I was devastated. However, I’ve used Hellcase in the past, so decided to try again. $60 in and opened some cases and used the upgrader. I may not have gotten my knife back, but I was able to turn $60 into driver gloves, a WW AWP hyperbeast, and a FT USPS Traitor! Do take note, this IS technically gambling, and I just so happened to get VERY lucky. So only use this site if you don’t mind losing but wanna try your luck!
Hi! Thank you for your lovely feedback!
always nice and fast results. only problem i have is most of the time you dont get the item you want in withdraws but understandable
Hi! Thank you for your lovely feedback! :)

It was used to be fun and I was actually winning stuff but the current situation you can’t win anything and every time you open case it’s just lose. If they fix the algorithm I’ll remove this comment because the website used to be so fun and money return guaranteed.
Hi! Sad that you weren't satisfied recently but we thank you for the feedback and do our best to improve your experience as soon as possible!
yeah idk, guess this site isnt for me but the bait is crazy. You win some and you lose some they say, but i have lost too many times where i don't know what to think or say really, i have never withdrawn a skin. Csgoroll better guys. Selling your skins is a bit of a scam, they pay you way less than its worth. I don't really trust this site but i can't say its a scam, but i do not recommend it.

idk what is happening. I used to use this site a lot, and I got some good items. but after I won a 102$ AK, they tried to scam me and make me pay 100$ for a knife instead. since I couldn't, they took everything...

Hi! Thank you for the review! :)
Recently all the cases I have opened are empty and I can't get any nice skins. This issue keeps happening over and over again. It can't be this much. Every time I load my balance it always runs out and I can't get it in return. I ask you to give it a little chance. I'm on this site and I haven't used any other site for a long time.

Read a lot of comments about this site that its a scam, but i have been using this site for 2 months and I have already got sum nice skins. I can't complain but all theese types of sites are gambling, even opening valve cases is gambling, thats what people should aknowledge
Hi! Thank you for your lovely feedback! :)
Won't give a 1 out of respect. The website just keeps getting worst...only high spenders profit and even those...i don't know. Have a knife stuck on the website because "they do not have supply". Do they warn the user? No. Do they inform the user when the item is restocked? No. Do they compensate the user? Guess what? No. Getting worst and worst. Sad, once such a good website falling in disgrace day-by-day

Last year hellcase was amazing for me ,I drop Many good items , this year I’m 9 pages deep with fade case (over 450 cases open) and not even 1 knife! I just remind one fade case cost 8 dollars , with this kind of money You would definitely get a knife opening cases on steam That’s why I must admin I’m bit dissapointed about hellcase this year profile/6341706/items Here’s a proof just check.
