SCAM
SCAM Hellcase is withholding $300 after Steam Trade Reversal. Request #554428 SCAM I was robbed of $300 by Hellcase. A trade was recently reversed/cancelled via Steam Trade Protection. This means my items were 100% successfully returned to the Hellcase bot's inventory. I have provided full proof from my Steam Trade History, showing that the bot now holds my items. Despite having the items back in their possession, Hellcase support (agent Shawn) refused to refund my site balance, claiming that "the decision is final" because I was the one who cancelled the trade. This is pure theft. In any legitimate business, if a transaction is cancelled and the goods are returned to the seller, the customer gets a refund. Hellcase is currently keeping both my $300 worth of items AND my money. I have photographic evidence of the items sitting in their bot's inventory. Their support is incompetent and refuses to perform a manual audit. Avoid this site at all costs unless you want your skins to be stolen by their "technical errors". they lie don't trust them.
Prices are fake, Cases way too expensive
Absolute Joke-Website and experience. Prices for the skins shown are waaaay too high, the prices for the cases to open there are also way off compared to the contained skins. They are forging and frauding their customers. Highlight was the experience doing the trade-up contract there. I recieved a Factory-New M4-A1-S control pannel, that they said was worth 240$. In reality, this is 110$ and was worth the skins i put it into the trade-up contract. Stay away, dont touch them

Unjustified ban – Ignoring official ID and withholding my $50 balance
I am extremely disappointed with Hellcase support. My account was blocked under the claim that I am a minor, even though I have submitted my official government-issued ID card proving that I am 18 years old and legally an adult. I have exchanged over 30 messages with support agents (John, Tyler, Shawn), and every single time they just copy-paste automated templates demanding my mother's ID and selfie. They completely ignore my legal ID and refuse to read my responses. As a full adult, requiring third-party personal data is unacceptable and violates privacy principles. I have $50 stuck on my account, and they are refusing to resolve a simple verification issue. Please have a Compliance Manager manually inspect my provided ID and unban my account.

They took my deposit and seized my $61.64 skin! Unfair Support! I opened an account on Hellcase, deposited $5 of my own money, and successfully passed the KYC verification with my real identity. With my own luck, I won a StatTrak AK-47 Orbit Mk01 worth $61.64. Just because I accidentally logged in with another email before, they put an automatic multi-account ban on my verified profile. I proved my identity, offered them to delete all other temporary emails, and told them they could even keep my $5 deposit. I just wanted my skin. But support agent Jordan closed my ticket by saying "it is not negotiable". Taking a user's real money deposit and then confiscating their legitimate win is completely unfair and unacceptable. I demand a senior manager to review my case and deliver my skin to my main Steam account. My Ticket Number: #598507

According to logs, multiple emails were used by you in the short time period to create a multiple accounts in order to try to abuse the system. As specified in the Terms of Use: "Using multiple accounts for any purpose on the Services is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts without notice". By your deliberate actions, you violated the Terms, which caused the restriction of all accounts created and used by you.

Yesterday, at 21:23, I opened a case and got a Desert Eagle worth $77. I wanted to withdraw it to my Steam account, but I couldn't. First, I was asked to verify my age, which I did, but I still couldn't withdraw the skin. Then I enabled Google Authenticator, but that didn't help either. After that, I contacted support. Some time later, someone claiming to be a moderator of the website contacted me. They said that the Desert Eagle was currently out of stock. Then they started telling me all kinds of nonsense, such as logging out of my Steam account on all devices so they could complete the trade manually. They also threatened that if I didn't do this, the skin would disappear. Of course, I didn't follow their instructions, and the scammer simply sold my skin for practically nothing. It's obvious that the website benefits from situations like this. I also don't think the group responsible for supporting users will make any effort to help me. Therefore, I don't recommend this website to anyone. Don't waste your money or your time here. It's nothing but a scam.

seriously this site is a complete scam , ive done nothing but put money in with only a few decent wins . SINCE ITS UPDATE 2 WEEKS AGO IT HAS DONE NOTHING BUT TAKE,TAKE TAKE . dont use the website runs a terrible script and not worth spending more since ive put up over 100 gbp on there and got not even close to the amount i put it through out the day and just report them to Gambling administration and get this scam closed down. And even they seem like they wanna help trust me that help won't get you anywhere because they can't even fix their rigged upgrade system and the case system as in you won't get any money back or near there. And don't get me started on "shards because you will spend thousands of whatever currency you are in just to get a skin that costs not even 10% of your amount of money you spent. So just report and use something like "UPGRADER" OR something like that because there you will actually get something. And PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY YOU WILL BE SCAMMED and p.s they will give you the same answer as they did to me if you feel like you got scammed or something along the lines of that.
