Hello,
Hello, I’m contacting you regarding an issue with my account. I created an account on your platform and have genuinely enjoyed opening cases there. However, a few days ago, I claimed my cashback of approximately 15,000 WarTags and used the entire amount to purchase Raffle tickets. The WarTags balance was deducted, but the Raffle tickets were never credited to my account. This is very concerning, as the balance disappeared without me receiving what I purchased. From my perspective, I lost approximately 15,000 WarTags without receiving anything in return. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this transaction and either credit the missing Raffle tickets to my account or restore the 15,000 WarTags. My Steam username is: **diniztours1** Please check the transaction history and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
