Steam doesnt like hellcase and websites such, since they endorse trading skins for money instead of selling skins on the steam store for money which gives steam most of said money, their approach isnt even legal and just being mean. Coming to the whole user experience, gambling in general is not a good thing to do but since you can just play cs or dota and get items that you dont even care from them, just make them better ones whilst trusting them to not be able to scam you because of the new provably real technology that the world got to see.
Edit: I get my rating down by one star because of shadowpay, it never seems to work and i know it has nothing to do with hellcase but if you want to deposit using cs skins you have to go through the whole faulty process of shadowpay, until either shadowpay fixes their mistakes or hellcase somehow changes their provider my review probably will stay like this.

The cases are great on this site, Sometimes if you are lucky, you get a skin 10x more valuable than the case, But sometimes its vice versa. Anyways, loved the overall experience.

A lot of options to waste money. Bonus cases are a joke for someone who "invests" more than a few cents. Can't really call investing here because this website resembles those crane toy machines, you will never get anything. Datdrop at least will allow you to stay in game for longer and win stuff sometimes. Battles sometimes get stuck and you will know if you win by looking at the mainpage where last drops are announced, which is quite stupid. Bad place to sink money in.
