Rolled a knife case, got a knife. Then when i tried to withdraw it, it keeps saying "queued" - there is no response from support and there is no awaiting trades. Suspecting this is a knife scam, since so many other people have tried this! I got a reply 6 hours after i opened a ticket, which actually is decent considering how many people are using it. She replied that due to many case openings some items may not be in stock, and depending how frequent the items are being rolled, the bots may not be able to handle the "buy/trade" requests they are getting. I never got my knife, i repetetly through 16 hours tried to send the item, but it was never "in stock". She told me she couldnt help me any further. I decided to sell the knife, and roll something else. This time i got a knife aswell, it said it was queued, aswell but this time i actually got the traderequests. I dont know wether its fishy or not, but its definetely not okay, "flashing" an item, that they cant trade you. In the end i got a knife so the experience was acceptable, but im NOT gonna use hellcase again, due to this doubtful experience.

I use Hellcase for all my CSGO skins, I find it the best. I get 20 dollars Pocket money every month and I only use it for Hellcase, I always looked forward to what cases I’m going to open I thought I could get Lots of skins like my first refill. I one hardened case and lost a bit of money. So I decided To open one more and guess what, I got the lowest item, and now I don’t have any money left. I wish there was something you guys could do to help me out.
Love hellcase just g2a is honestly horrible lost $200 to g2a only way I could get it back was chargeback and now I can't refill my balance on hellcase because i'm banned from g2a wish you guys would just switch to paypal or something :/ g2a support is horrible takes weeks for a good reply.

stay away!!!!! have used this site for some time now, the daily free spin is a waste good look ever getting anything. when you do get a good skin from a case well guess what its not in there inventory, says come back in 2 hours still nothing came back every single day for about a week, oh WAIT STILL NOT GOT IT. the only good thing about this site in the upgrader but good look getting the skin. will not recommend to anyone, chances are i will not deal with this site again. shut it down

Just try everything except Upgrader As by my perspnal experience, i stopped opening cases after upgrader was introduced. Out of 10 upgrades, that too highest chances (70%-72%), I win only 1. Yes, only 1. It wont be wrong to say its a scam
