Just to clarify for any other travelers reading this: the Heymondo App is accessed using the ID or Passport number of each traveler included in the policy. Although the policy may cover multiple people, the registration in the App is individual. This means that once you log in with your registered user, you will only see your own certificate. Each insured person should download the App and register with their own ID/Passport to access their specific documentation and services.
