I have never had a problem with anything I ordered. It took a little bit longer to arrive, but without import issues.

Don’t don’t don’t. Frauds and scammers. Paid for nicotine, Took my money, sent 2 flavour (apple??)I don’t use. And these are cheaper. So send a cheaper item. And don’t answer. Complete grubs and are being reported.

Hiliq have closed down, do NOT place any orders with them, they will not be processed. They will just take your money, try contacting them via email, live chat, WhatsAppp they will not answer anything. Pathetic really

This is the first ever review I ever leave on trust pilot but figure they definitely deserved it. Hiliq has been incredible to me. I reside in Quebec and shipping was quick. Discret and NO CUSTOM !! NO TAXES!!! THE DREAM!! I AM GONNA SAVE SO MUCH MONEY. Those poor review really scare the hell out of me but I was so desperate I took the plunge and boy am I glad I did. Now, you may ask why three Stars. That is because I still haven't tried the product, I am waiting for laboratory analysis and this review will be updated when I have the result but I am quite hopeful.

Buy elsewhere!

I guess I should have looked here before I ordered! I've placed over 2 dozen orders from China this year. Hiliq is the ONLY place that I got an import duty fee from. They use DHL, the worst possible carrier on earth, and my $42 package is being held hostage for a $23 import duty - 55%! And that's after a $28 shipping fee... $50 in shipping/fees for a $40 item.. HUH?!? I'm better off buying nic from New Zealand or the UK. Certainly won't ever use this place again! Hiliq - get with the program! There are plenty of ways to circumvent the shipping/tariff issue, and DHL is the worst possible option you could use. You don't even give a choice - DHL Express is the only shipping option. I have no problem waiting 3-5 weeks for my order to arrive to save $50. I just received a $513 order from China in under 2 weeks... The fees were less than I paid for the $40 item from you, and it was included in the price I paid - not slapped with a hostage fee to get my order. I highly suggest you look into a company called UniUni.... Maybe you won't have so many pissed off customers! This better be better the best nic I've ever had!

Terrible service.

Placed an order mid September, it was delivered to a completely random address, which the courier couldn't find so returned to sender. I've sent multiple emails, chat requests but no response, and the telephone number provided is disconnected. Ridiculously high postage costs, terrible customer service, and I'm now down $200.

Best discovery of the 2 last years

I'm not paid or anything for this review. I want say to say that HiLIQ is my savior! Was referred by deepseek and this is the best bet I ever took since 2-3 years. Nicotine is a little bit orange/yellow. I ordered 100% PG 72mg and when in freezer, had little chunks of ice, which never happened with nicselect. The nic has a sweet taste even being in PG. It masks a bit of the added flavor but the overall taste is still very pleasant. Delivery to canada: 4 business days Thank you very much HiLIQ

Very Bad Quality

Very Bad Quality, very very high delivery time 30 days, very very very high delivery cost. Sum at all. Its Not Worte at all. It tasts Not good. You wait practical for Bad Signed Package.

Nicotine salts delivery

I bought nicotine salts for my friend in Europe but she received concentrated flavour instead. I tried the live chat and also sent them an email but nothing apart from deafening silence from their end. So I will be taking the matter up with Visa Card plus leaving a feedback wherever possible.

Order never arrived

This is the first time ordering from Hiliq. Ordered some nicotine and sweetener and paid directly on their website on the 11th of November 2024. Today's the 27th my order still hasn't arrived. I sent them many emails asking for help, they answer promptly, words and no action. I'm very disappointed with their service.

Mixed bag

The products seem fine but it's a mixed bag in customer service. Generally ok but had some mental health disaster of a customer service rep who told me we "don't need customers like you & I'll cancel your order" when I asked about delivery delays? Straight up polite enquiry & that was the response? It's like moody teens work there?lol. Product arrives though so no issues there. Just inconsistent professionalism so be forewarned.

Takes forever to arrive, do not use this company

Takes forever to arrive, called the customer help line for literally 2 days and not even answered and when I finally got to chat help line and explained how long I have waited and asked to cancel order was told to “read the laws, and good luck”

Hiliq are scammers

Hiliq are scammers. It is so many lies in their marketing and btw they will charge you in CNY, not in USD or EUR as they say.

They're amazing.

Very mixed reviews here so i was anxious about ordering from here but i am so happy that i did. First of all, the nic is really good quality. It has no bad taste or anything like that. I ordered the 200mg one and was pretty worried about it but I'm so pleasantly surprised. Didn't arrive orange or oxidised. Second, the customer service. Erik has been amazing. During their live support hours, instant replies. I've had multiple problems from my side with paying because of my bank and he offered one solution after the other. I've contacted them multiple times regarding different things and he's always been so helpful. Honestly my man Erik needs a pay raise he's been great, and I'll definitely be ordering again

Before I placed an order on hiliq website, my didnt receive my package within one week. This is my first time ordered from them. I read about some bad reviews on this site..... so didnt expect a lot. I contacted the customer service. They were very patient and wrote back many emails informing me of the tracking info. Their staff contacted the courier and wrote back to me the progress of every step taken to find my parcel. I already lost hope tbh, since one month passed and the shipping company said they knew nothing about it. But then after a week I received their email informing me of the moving tracking info, and finally I received my package. The most impressive is that they didnt forget my order and keep hlping me find it even this was only a small order. Really grateful to their attitude and service!
